Formation of 100 ft inner ring road from KUC to REC

The KUDA during the year 1986-1990 had constructed 100 ft wide master plan inner ring road from KUC Junction to REC was formed to a length of 5 KMS and subsequently handed over to R & B Department

Railway Under Tunnel at warangal

To avoid the traffic congestion at old beet bazaar, railway level crossing Warangal alternattley railway under tunnel was constructed during 1990 to bypass the traffic towards Khammam with a contribution of Rs 20.00 lakh from KUDA and Rs 20.00 from Railway Stations

Kakatiya Musical Garden

The Kakatiya Musical garden was established by KUDA In the year 1994 with an investemtn of Rs 100.00 lakhs over an extent of 17.00 acres of land and handed over by Warangal Municiapl Coropration

Ekashila Children Park at Fort Warangal

Drung the years 2002-2005 a children park was established at Fort Warangal with an investment of Rs 200.00 lakhs which is one of the best children recreation spot in the dynasty of Kakatiyas

Bhadrakali Fore Shore Bund

The KUDA has contructed about a length of 5 KMS bund cum road on the fore hsore area of bhadrakali bund with an amount of rs 60.00 lakhs, to avoid the pollution of summer drinking water storage tank.

Development of Bhadrakali Temple

One of the best temple by kakatiya dynasty which is located on the bank of bhadrakali tank has been developed by KUDA with an investment of Rs 100.00 lakhs during the year 2002-03

Outsourcing works taken up

Apart from own developmental works, te kUDA as carried out te following major works ave been taken up in the city at various places with in house engineering departments

swimming pool : This is located in balasamudram , Hanamkonda in the heat of the city with a project cost of rs 150.00 lakhs. The total works were competed ecept rest –rooms, pavements, landscaping etc. now the said swimming pool is ready for inauguration . if the other facilities are tho be improved , another rs 20.00 lakhs is required

indoor stadium : The stadium is located near bus stand , hanamkonda, with a project cost of rs 150.00 lakhs . the total works relating to main stadium were completed , nly wooden flooring , pavement and landscaping which cost about another 50.00 lakhs were left for completion

mettugutta development : This one of the pilgrim center and a beautiful tourist center located on outskirts of kazipet which is having unique rocks over the hillock of mettugutta and these rocks have been provided with flood – lighting with a cost or Rs 30.00 lakhs and further balance work is left for completion

I R Y road works: During the years 1994 -1996 the KUDA has laid the blick top roads in rural area in the KUDA jurisdiction under I J R Y programme. The total cost of the works carried out with Rs 300.00 lakh.
